NoHey, I'm trying to get some free stuff here!!
That said, I'm sure there's no harm in me writing them a complementary letter saying how much I love Tesco and pointing out this mistake of theirs. Hoping for a box of crisps!:D

Remember tesco aren't very good with customer service and complaints.
I wouldn't bother you could still eat them so you haven't lost anything.

I have learnt in the last couple of years that if you dont complain the service will never change.
I complained to sky constantly when we signed up because i was missold the package. Eventually after writing numerous letters they gave me the equipment and installation for free and the first 6 months free (package of £42.00 a month)
I also complained to Pizza hut once because of the state of their toilets. Bearing in mind it was packed full of children I dont think blood stains on the toilet seats is something they should be looking at. They sent me £40 in vouchers and apologised.
We also went into a clarkes shoe shop to buy my sons first pair of shoes. He had just started to walk. While the lady was out the back getting his shoes he fell over on their tiled floor and cut his mouth open. None of the 5 member sof staff said a word, asked if he was ok or needed any tissue for all the blood that was pouring down his front. I was so shocked i left straight away before realising they never even filled in an accident form. I phoned and told this lady at their head office and she was lovely. very apologetic and 2 weeks later received a cheque for £20 which i could spend anywhere for my little one and a £20 voucher for their shop.
If i receive bad service now i do not hesitate to contact Head Officeas otherwise they will never improve.0 -
No - but it should be moved to another boardstarjumper wrote: »Does anyone have an email address for TGI Fridays? All it has on the website is a comments box which I'm not keen on.
Had a vile meal there today and wish to let off some steam!
Many thanks in advance.0 -

NoDH recently purchased a packet of Chewing Gum from Wilkinsons, only when he began to chew on the first stick did he and his work colleagues realise that the packet was soaked in lighter fluid or paraffin!!! Silly thing he is, he threw the packet away.
I've contacted Wilkinsons who deny all responsibility
I am sure DH decided to pour lighter fluid over his chewing gum before eating it for the fun of it!!!0 -
I wrote a 3 page letter of complaint to my local dry cleaners for ruining a bridesmaid dress 2 days before the wedding. Got nothing back. Went to the shop to find out what the delay was and was threatened with a doberman dog and thrown out the shop! Wasters

Up until a couple of months ago, I never complained about anything. I was too embarrassed:o but reading this thread has made me realise I shouldn't have to stand for being sold shoddy stuff. This is what I have received in the last couple of months:
Complained to Golden Wonder after crisps in multipack were all soggy - £3 voucher and apology letter.
Emailed Dairycrest after buying a "fizzy" Frijj milkshake - voucher for a free bottle and £4 cheque
Emailed makers of Richmond cigarettes after being sick and tired of paying nearly £5 a pack for cigarettes that aren't rolled properly and are full of holes - 2x 20 packs of cigarettes
Complained to Cadburys because the majority of sweets in a box of Heroes was all white coated and crumbly - £5 Cadbury's voucher
Emailed Simple after their baby wipes burnt my skin:eek: - £5 Simple voucher and a label to send the pack back - something was seriously wrong with them! I wouldn't put them anywhere near a baby!!
Here's to everyone having a good 2008 and standing up for our consumer rights!:beer:0 -
NoI wrote a letter each to mars pet food and Tesco, to tell them what a good job they are doing with their pet foods.
mars sent me a thankyou letter and 2 pound voucher and i have heard nothing at all from Tesco.
i suppose Mars values their customers more lol.

NoI sent an email to Argos telling them that their website is awful - its poorly laid out and I takes me aged to search for a product, I also mentioned to them that when i typed in a certain product name i kept getting a different product come up. I got a reply from them (a rather rude one) saying theres nothing wrong with the search in the website and that I should try again! rude b*stards. lol.0
