I e-mailed Tesco a few weeks ago regarding car-park spaces (see previous posts) and still got nothing. Does anyone think it's worth a reminder email?

I have complained to tesco before, never even got a reply. This was for a DVD received that was wrong and several weeks late!

Tesco's is awful for customer service. My Mum went in there and purchased a top in a size 12. The ale cashier looked at the top, looked at my Mum who is 5ft 10in, quite skinny and then looked at the size on the top and said "Don't you think you will need a bigger size?" My Mum was very upset, called CS and all they said was "he was probably trying to make conversation". Even the man standing behind my Mum in the queue heard and said that it wasn't right what he had said.

Ihave complained to Tesco before as well and never got a reply.

I am about to complain to Chigaco Town pizza, had one of their take away pizzas in an oven ready tray last night...and the tray melted :rotfl:

Had to chuck the lot in the bin! Took a photo of it first though

I love this string, we are just too nice sometimes about not speaking up when things are not as they should be!
I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off :o

Belive me it is no fun being in a lot of pain and having to struggle across the carpark or trying to get the weelchair out in a too tight space either, i think i would rather get a bit flustered with my 2 girls than be in even more pain cause the parking space it to far away from the shop! I do realize it must be hard with 2 babies too but maybe a bit of thought before complaining because yu can not get a suitable parking space is a bit to much as we as disabeld people did not choose our disability.:o
But as i am a mum too i understand that you get stressed sometimes with the little darlings but i would have just took someone along to help me out and save me the stress.

Have you ever tried to find a car parking space big enough to open both sides of the car fully? I have 2 babies and I can't use a normal parking space. I can only go shopping with my partner and if we can't get in parent and child spaces he has to pull the car out of the space so we can get both babies into the car. Not fun when its peeing it down with rain

I think I should be telling this to the Pope because it is a true miracle!! Some time ago I wrote to Tesco's about some out-of-date casserole veg I bought. I have had a letter of apology today, along with a moneycard for £5. Sorry for giving you all palpitations but it is the honest truth!!!!!!!!!!!!

For future reference, the letter was from an Arran Brindley, Customer Service Manager.

I'm not normally a complainer but i had a cheque from Studio cards for £10 that wasnt signed, ive now rang them a couple of times regarding sending me a signed cheque and its not arrived. I've called them again this morning and they have told me to return the cheque and they will issue me with a new one, the chap gave me an address and it wasnt freepost so i asked him for a freepost address to send it to and he said if i wanted the cheque signed i would have to send it back and they dont have a freepost address !

I dont think i should pay to send the cheque back, its money they owe me and its not my fault its not signed. I'm also a bit wary of sending it back as them i have no proof that they ever sent it in the first place.

Any ideas on how i go about expressing my concerns ? I'm not after compo as such but i dont think i should pay again for their error
