To Martin or other board moderators,

I was lucky enough to 'win' a 'free' holiday at Pontins due to your web site. It appears many others have also been fortunate. Unlike goldie-bambino we are a two parent family with just one (darling) daughter. We would have no trouble paying the full price of the holiday but we are always pleased to pick up a bargain. As such we feel a tiny bit gulity that goldie-bambino has missed out. I would like to send a paypal donation of £20 for you to pass on to her. Hopefully others will feel the same and make similar donations. This way she will hopefully receive enough funds to buy a holiday of her choosing. Can you provide a paypal account for us to send the donation to?

I dont mean to be nast in anyway here, but there are alot of us single mums desperate for a holiday, i tried twice with no luck as have many of us.
Dont get me wrong, i'm not looking for any handouts or donations, i'm just pointing out that some people may think its a case of if u can do for one, u can do for others xx (sorry if anyone takes offence to this i'm just pointing out a thought xx)

    Yes, very fair point antonsmummy.

    sorry you didn't get one.

I am not a single mum, but we are living on one wage now ( and have been for the last 11 months) as I am not entitled to any benefits /maternity pay and cannot find work to fit around the hours I can do.

I hope you come across someone who has booked but can't go as it seems lots of people 'grabbed' them on the offchance they could get time off work etc and now realise they cant

Ok, if Martin provides a paypal account I will send £20 to both of you.
Before you buy Google Nest or British Gas Hive check out ESPproMon the Android and iOS Smartphone app that helps you build the same system from just £30.

My dad is a bit unwell at the moment so have just put my mum on strict instructions that if they decide they can't go they let me know straight away so i can pass it on to someone here

There's no need to apologise, I think you have a very valid point. There are alot of people in the same situation and I don't think we should favouritise, for want of a better word.
