Hi, now please dont think im moaning because really im not. Just a bit worried now about going to pontins in southport. You could say im a little concerned about the reviews i have read.

Have done a bit of research on the internet and all i've read are mostly bad reviews.

Im all for a free holiday but if its as bad as the reviews say it is, is it really worth going?
Please if anyone has had any good experiences of pontins southport please let me know. Just to put my mind at rest
    Thank you

I haven't been to Pontins Southport but I know it's not far from Formby where there's a beach, sand dunes and a red squirrel sanctuary where we like to take the kids. If you want to see the red squirrels it's best to do the "red squirrel walk" at dusk, I think it's too busy during the day and they're all hiding.

You have to remember whae reading review, Particularly bad ones, that most people only complain when something is not to their liking or standard.

places like pontins and many other holiday/caravan parks have thousands on customers every year. there are maybe a hundred or so bad reviews.

Last year i went to camber sands, and the reviews on the web slated the place, we on the other hand had a fantastic time. All the better as i did not expect much after reading the reviews

put it this way, do you complain about bad service more than you compliment good service. I certainly do, and i would guess most other people do to if they were being honest.

this is the ideal chance to make a decision, you have absolutely nothing to lose.
Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today!
Cos if you do it today and like it...You can do it again tomorrow.. :p

I'm going to Hemsby next month. I was offered either there or Pakefield after saying I wanted the nearest place they'd got in the offer to where I live, Peterborough.
