no coz dh is just rubbish and will end up just saying ok we'll pay 450.... he leaves it all to me and i hate it....
but the only thing he can do is say no in which case we'll just have to arrange some more viewings via agents etc.
but yeah i stand a good chance of being in there for march....
plus i think my sisters partner is getting sick of us now lolWealth is not measured by currency0 -
You have nothing to lose by asking, fingers crossed he'll let you have it for £400.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160

dh got a tax refund too, of £100+ but i think thats gna end up being swallowed up in bank charges etc....
bro-i-law's mates house is poss free for us to view this weekend which is cool....
Sorry, i might have missed tihs, how come you havent signed on? Yu wont get any money but you should fill the forms out to get yourself registered? I thought...??

hang in there x:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
im waiting for my interview thing with them
got a house....
we, well I, had to haggle with him (and i hate it) but we didnt get it for 400, we're comprimising at 425 but we also arent having to pay any fees and he said we dont need to worry about a deposit.
so we've actually got two cheques which amount to 2 months rent, so thats a good buffer....
we went through all the monies of it, like even if we found somewhere cheaper per month, we'd still have to pay agents fees and a deposit....
but im sure we'll get some help with it from housing benefit..... plus i think we just really need to be moved now..... there was a "discussion" earlierWealth is not measured by currency0 -
What was the "discussion"?? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Glad you got the house, that is fantastic, at least you don't have fees and deposit to pay. Gordon will be so excited!!!!Sealed Pot Challenge #0160

What was the "discussion"??
i think a lot of it is interpretation...
basically some conversation between dh and bil about borrowing a car which was all agreed and then bil decided no, but not to actually tell us no, so dh is like frantic trying to find one to hire so he can attend his interview tomorrow...
its all sorted out now...
sis said bil was in a mood about something else so i dont think its actually personal..... just in the firing line..Wealth is not measured by currency0 -
