yeah when i get my ma it wont be a problem.....

Ideally DH will get into the fire service after his tests next sunday as well, which would mean we could afford it on his salary alone..

Oh and payplan contacted him today as well and reckon they can help him set something up for his debts :)

    yeah..... think we will

Plus if its currently got tenants, will be a little while before we need to pay any monies, so can get everything in order, and if we go via him, means we wont have to have credit checks done :)

Lol! I constantly see my ideal house online but it is always for sale as well, but like you it is not the right time. You will be in that position at some stage. In the meantime stay off the for sale sites and keep looking at the rental properties. Once you get settled in a nice rental you can start to nest properly and buying won't seem as important!

i may possibly have some work coming my way.

Helping my bro-in-law with his work (IT based), involved updating a user manual.
I've just done one quick update for a new option thats appeared, and he's gonna check it, send it over to them and see if they want me to do the rest.
Be as a self employer peep, so not sure how that would work with tax etc, but can cross that bridge when I come to it I guess.

    He reckons £10+ p/h :)

Oh and got weird email from old boss saying to call him as a matter of urgence... Ive already told him to only contact me by email. I just dont want to talk to him on the phone, I want my money and to be done with it. He does my nut!
