    3) The funnel? Not for a combi boiler or drier as we have both ourselves. Also, it has not always been there and they rarely have anyone round so we would see a gas engineer or fitter. It is very RANDOM. That is the only way I can put it. It doesn't look like it was put there professionally.

Only leaves the cannabis farm (or "The 'burbs")

We have other factors to take into account though as we have a gas vent in the wall behind the gate and our boiler, overflow pipe is located against that wall which was another reason we didn't consent to the gate in the first place -
    !

Sounds as if you have a gas vent that and overflow that extends into their property. It also sounds like you need to gain access to these and the wall for any upkeep via their property.

If you don't have a cast iron wayleave (right of access) then you might come out of this second best if they decide they don't like your gas vent jutting into their property.

They dont usually connect it to someone elses supply they just bypass the meter for the supply, which is highly dangerous as it requires disconnecting a live feed from the fuse board and reconnecting it a second fuse board or outlets. The electric company never notice as the meter readings increase like they would in any house using lights, power etc for day to day living. The "Farms" power is bypassing the meter all together.
