    I've stopped crying.........but not stopped shaking.......I've just re-checked.......

and on top of my monthly salary.....after tax and national insurance, I got

    £4,136 in backpay........

    wooooooohoooooooooooooo  :j :D :T

    new car here I come.....
smile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to.... ;)
  • I can get rid of them all!

With the bank charges about 3 weeks away from being refunded as well I need to think about what to do.

AQA pays off one card anyway, and then if I pay off the other two but not my overdraft, I will have about £700 left I think. That isn't quite enough for the car, so I might keep a couple of hundred extra back and then use the bank charge refunds to clear the o/d and the bit left on the card, and then think about what to do with rest.

Not sure I'll get much work done today!! My mind is swirling!!

I look forward to seeing your signature change soon.

And I just want to add that I'll have everything crossed for you when the court date comes round. The whole bank charges malarkey is a scandal. Go girl!

    That is fantastic news.

Sorry to put a really boring stance on this but how about putting some away to cover your AQA tax? You would hate to be caught out later in the year.

But, on a lighter note, enjoy x
