Well done OM, you were the one who made me aware of AQA. Glad you got such a brilliant lump sum to sort out your debts.

Just finished my first month on AQA and earned £557. Really pleased with that, would have been more if we hadn't have gone and bought a puppy!

I can't believe all the lovely words!! I wish we could all see each other 'for real', we could have a great night out!!

Well, after yesterday's whirlwind, today is kind of back to normal!

I did £550 on AQA in January, which is enough to pay off a credit card and have £20 left over for my holiday beer money fund.

Quidco are transferring £35 to me at the moment, so that is another £35 to the holiday beer fund as well. On top of that I have the £25 from greaspalm last month the the other £13 I have kicking around. So I now have £93 holiday money for Spain next month at the moment.

No Council Tax to pay this month, which was a nice surprise - I'd forgotten about that!

i've run out of printer paper and I just have a couple of bits to print off for my court bundles. I'm going to send one lot this afternoon that I have enveloped and ready to go and the rest tomorrow first class.

Bought a copy of Auto Trader and I might have someone interested in my VW already.

Paid £100 off each of the remaining CC's and i'm going to wait until I get my bank charges in a couple of weeks and then just pay everything all off at one go. I'll have £1500 on one card and £1900 on another plus my £1200 overdraft. I know I could use the money I have now but I'm going to wait a week or so until everything is all in my account.

So I'm hoping that by the time my court date comes round on the 22nd, I will have received all my bank charges into my account, I will have a new car, I will have paid off all my unsecured debt and I can then look at chopping another year off the secured debt.

Then I'll probably do an updated SOA to see where I'm at.
I treated myself to can of reduced cider last night as a treat!!!!!!

    Hi there,

Ive read through your diary today, and havent been able to come off the PC.
You are truely an inspiration and amazing person.:A
You are so determined. Im so proud of you and I dont even know you, and you should be proud of yourself too.

I know what its like to be in debt, and I was never as determined as you.

I completely understand your work situation. In my last job, I had a manager who was like yours, and I used to lie in bed at night, getting into a terrible state because I didnt know what mood she would be in, what she would want me to do, what she would pull me up for. Your boss is what I would call a "vampire", she sucks all the positive energy from you to make you feel insecure, vunrible(sp) and dare I say it scared.
Remember, you are a better person that her, you showed that when you gave her a gift at Christmas.
I really hope you get another job, and I wish you would find the courage to stand up to her (believe me, I wish I had done that, I certainly wouldnt let anyone treat me that way now).

Your OH!!!! Well you DONT deserve him! YOU DESERVE BETTER. Hes another one that I would call a vampire.
Another one that sucks all your positive energy. With regards to the garden fence thing where he said "thats what you get for buying cheap house insurance" I worked in Insurance for 17 years, and I know of no policy that covers garden fences.
Can I just ask, does he ever ask you how yours days been, how your feeling. Does he ever say "Do you want a cup of tea?" or phone you and say "Im coming over to see you do you need anything brought in for you?"
Have you ever phoned him and said "Can you pick me up from my night out?"
Seems to me this relationship is all once sided. You give so much, and he gives absolutely nothing. I hope you dont mind me saying these things, but, I absolutely hate seeing people being treated badly.

Be strong, dont let anybody bring you down, you are doing absolutely brilliant.

    Yes, but rarely, no.

    No, and no.

I don't mind at all , I'm just blushing that you've said such lovely things about me!

Well, the bank charges wagon chugs on. Abbey claim 1 (£610) bundle went off to the court and the Abbey solicitors yeterday. Got a pack of printer paper and now Abbey claim 2 (the biggy!) is enveloped up and ready to go to the post office this afternoon. Just waiting for a bit of advice from the CAG board about my Citi bundle and that will go off either this afternoon or in the morning. It will be too late if i've done anything wrong! OH hasn't even mentioned the witness statements, I'll bet now that it will be sometime next week when he 'remembers' and by then it will all be done and past the deadline date for their submission. I'm pretty sure I've done it all correctly though, just a case of wait and see. The Abbey seem to be settling around 5 days before the court date at the moment.

Got an amazing haul at Asda last night. Loads and loads of bread all at 10p a loaf. I've filled the freezer with bread (6 loaves!), crumpets, burger rolls, muffins, scotch pancakes. Won't have to buy any bread now all month!

Something not quite right with my secured loan. The payment was supposed to go up this month, but they haven't taken a payment at all! I'll give them a ring when I get in, maybe the payment date got changed or something.

I got 1p interest paid into my current account!!

Looks like I might be getting a 5 door 1997 Corsa. It's only got 35,000 on the clock. Will report on progress over the weekend as it is not your bog standard normal 'sale' of a car and it is a bit of a risk for me.......

Hopefully you wont need to go to court over the bank charges and they will just settle out of court. That would be a great big chunk off your debt, you will feel the weight lift off your shoulders.

Im always down at Asda getting all their cheap stuff. Its murder when all their cakes and bread are cheap. Infact theres been a couple of times, where a couple of the cakes havent even reached home, they somehow magically disappeared hhmmmm I wonder where they could have went ;)
anyway, this talk of food has made me hungry, I think I'll go have my lunch now.

You keep your chin up, dont let the B******s grind you down.
