Hi Purple :hello:

Oooh I am so mad with my manager. She knows absoltuley nothing about what I do, but we recently had a complaint in and her manager passed it to her to deal with (he is new so I will let him off not contacting me directly - I have now put him right!) and instead of her discussing it with me, she responded and everything she said was incorrect. (Basically she just made it up!)

Why the heck didn't she ask me.

Luckily he sent me a draft of the response letter he was going to send out and I was able to put him right before a complete mistake was made.

I wouldnt mind if they took a %off the money to make up for the days that he wasnt there but to stop the lot is just stupid. We get no EMA and this £14 with his £6 pocket money is all that DS1 gets.

Thats the only problem, a lot of people do rely on the deliveries. We've had 6-8 inches of snow here, although I have seen a couple of Tesco vans out in town. Our lot (Sains) are trying to deliver to people in town, but he roads in the outlying villages are treacherous, and its quite hilly round here too! Hope you get your Mr T delivery

flu + snow + work =:eek:

really dreading the walk home, may just camp out under my desk instead..warmth...food...secure..what more do you need!:rotfl:

re Red Dahlia - The Insp blokey worked with her father...... there is an unspoken 'attraction' between them which is why he went off at her sleeping with the journalist guy.....
