Decisions, decisions..............codiene, ibuprofen or paracetomol...or a combination, hmmmmm.
At least Loose Women is on ( I didnt know until last week that Carol McGiffen was Chris Evans' first wife).....I sould like a bored Housewife:p
Ibuprofen and paracetamol work well together because ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory and paracetamol is an analgesic!

We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

you can combine all 3 of those (not that I'm a drugs queen or anything)
When I go to Spain I buy their equivalent of co-codamol. It has sooooo much codeine in (and you just buy it in the chemist) - it's a great rush when it lifts the pain."Stay Wonky":D

No, I dare not try on my own in case it slips further and the bracket of the gate post causes damage to the car body. I need some blokes to help me to push it away from the post while I move it (or hubby moves it)

Got a stash of that tooNever taken it though, was a bit scared because it made my friend really trip out when she took some for her neck. It was given to me by my GP when I asked for something similar to the stuff from Spain when my back flared up a few months ago. Bit of a waste of the price of a prescription but if it's that good :rotfl:
