Guess what. It appears my dress might not be going to plan. I haven't heard from the ebay lady for a week - since I emailed her to agree to £375.
Fed up now!!! Might just bite the bullet and go with the shop.

oh no thats awful, u think she wud jump at the chance of £375, she was lucky to be getting that much. How much is the shop wanting for it?

Oh bums, thats annoying. You offered a very good price! Have you emailed her again?? I know its a rubbish excuse, but I am behind on everything because I lost half the month to the weather, so behind on sending things (sorry Linda ) paying bills etc. Have you paid by paypal or were you waiting for her to tell you how to pay etc??

Ha. Shortly after me posting the above, I got a reply to say basically she is struggling to get online but she will list it as a buy it now as soon as she can get on the internet.
Hopefully it will all come good soon.
Stilll feeling a bit disheartened though.

Toothfairy - Shop want £750. Then a flat rate of £60 for alterations.

She can't help it if she has a internet problem I'm sure she is worrying that your going to tell her to stuff the dress. Hang on in there

Totally agree with Steph, she has probably been worrying you will go off and get the dress from somewhere else, whilst swearing at the computer to 'work, dammit work'
