What a cow! Why relist it when she had already agreed to sell it to you for X amount.
Hopefully no one bids on it and you get it for that price, do you use a ebay sniper?

whats an ebay sniper? sounds harsh!
I think she's relisted it so we both get covered by paypal and ebay etc but I was expecting a buy it now, not an auction.Bump due 22nd September0 -
The ebay sniper is great it basically places a bid for you in the last 2 seconds of the auction. http://www.goofbay.com/ it's free you just have to create an account it's brilliant I've had loads of dead good stuff.
If you need a hand setting it up let me know

i really hope you get it youve gone through so much with the dress she does sound like a cow pushing her luck0

Hayley, do it like steph suggests with a sniper!!! You will get it for the £375 that way, cheeky cow though!
ETA, you could ask her to add a BIN at that price, people do ask that so not that usual, worth a try for peace of mind that you 'get' it:rotfl:Ahahah got my signature removed for claiming MSE thought it was too boring :rotfl:0 -
Franny, I'll have a look into the sniper.
I have emailed asking for a BIN, as the dress shop rang me today and said that they really need to know by monday if I want the dress from them otherwise it might not arrive in the right shipment or something and it would be touch and go whether it got here in time for the wedding!!
Why is nothing ever simple! With the amount of stress this is causing I had better look bloody stunning on the day!!! ;-)Bump due 22nd September0 -

Then I would email her that, 'as you will need to order alternative dress on Monday you will need a BIN or sadly you will not be able to bid on her dress'. That should put a rocket up her bum as if she does 30 seconds research she will find that £375 is a VERY good price for Ebay etc:rotfl:Ahahah got my signature removed for claiming MSE thought it was too boring :rotfl:0 -
That's pretty much what I've said. Fingers crossed!
Thank you ladies!!! I'd be having a breakdown without your support!Bump due 22nd September0 -
quick quick - she's emailed me saying thats not a problem but she doesn't know how to do it.
Neither do I!!! can anyone advise?? How does a seller add a buy it now to a listing?
Thanks xxxxxxxxBump due 22nd September0 -
Just looked at the rules and because she is a first time user and has no feedback she can;t do buy it now. drat!
Gonna try bidding and her ending the listing early. Hopefully that will work.
