is all I can say! Thanks very much for the tip-off - I look forward to watching that.
I'm not sure what I'd make, but it would be one of my dad's recipes - it's definitely "Dad Knows Best" in my family.Back after a very long break!0 -

I think Gordons a great chef, but an absolute pig.
Every programme of his follows the same format, pick a victim & bully them. In his new series he can't do it to the chefs as all of them have been nominated as outstanding, so instead he does it to the front of house staff.
Its getting tiring now, I'm sick of watching him have a go at people.
Jamie & the Hairy Bikers rock:T0 -
I don't have a family recipe, my mum didn't cook loads & the few bits she did (apple pie & scones) she didn't show me how to make hers (TBH they weren't great anyway).
I wish my granny had shown me how to cook (she died when I was 17), she was fab. Made potato cake that would make you drool & chicken soup as good as any Jewish mamma:D
The first signature thing I really learnt to make (apart from your regular dinner stuff) was cheesecake, so its not really a "family recipe" but its probably the only thing I make that doesn't come of out my collection of celebrity chef cookbooks.0 -
i have a great recipe for courgette loaf from my aunt whos a chef, but my mums vegan shephards pie is lovely, mmm sweet potato !0
