Hi, just wondering if anyone else caught this on BBC2 at 8pm. It's a 6-parter, following the Hairys around UK, finding Mum's favourite recipes. At the end of the show, they held a food fair and recipe swap - all of the recipes are on the BBC website (sorry, don't know how to link!). It was a great show, with what promises to be loads of great old-style recipes.

I recorded it, I've watched the first half and will watch the rest later. I loved it - that cheese pie looks like the best thing ever and I'll definitely be checking out the recipes on the website.
I never saw a Hairy Bikers programme till this week but I'm really quite taken with them!0 -

Is this on every week? I managed to catch it before our Sky went phut. The bit about crumpets had me wanting drop scones, strangely enough - not a crumpet fan although they did look tasty (or maybe that was the butter...)"All cruelty springs from weakness" - Lucius Annaeus SenecaPersonal pronouns are they/them/their, please.
