  • Am looking to buy GHD for my daughters birthday next week and don't want to get caught out by cheap deals that turn out to be fake.

So, to this end, I visited the GHD web page and found they have a website validator to which you add the site you intend to purchase from and it will tell you if they are a GHD approved online retailer.

    Quote from website-
"If you're buying anywhere else online, beware of counterfeits and look out for the ghd approved online retailer logo to make sure that you recieve genuine ghd products with a 2 year warranty"

Hope this is of some help!:cheesy:

  • I am a blagger and I always try to get money off. Hense being on this website :). I emailed the funky group asking if I could have some money off the pink GHD straightners as I was buying two pairs. That made it a hundred pounds each and he give me free next day deliverey! Which is done through fed ex. Then I decided I wanted another 'hot pink' straightner and he also gave me 15 quid off that. They were 115 each so I got them for 100 saving 45 pound plus deliverey so just over 100. He also gave me three GHD hair protecter spray products for absolutely free! So they cost 10 quid each so that another 30 quid. Pretty good if you ask me.

On the GHD website they are 132 pounds so really I've saved 96 pounds plus thirty for the protecter spray so in all 126 pounds! Now that's a saving!

It's worth asking for discount. Your more likely to get it if you say it's your friends birthday or family members. It actually my mum's birthday coming up and my friends today. So I wasn't lying. I had great service from them but I ordered over the phone and spoke to the directer of the company so he had the right to give me the discount. I hope this helps everyone.

I have no idea if its genuine or not, but after searching them online and not finding anything to say otherwise, I'm going to buy from here. I'll let you know what I find out.

I'd really recommend you dont, I'd bet they will be bad fakes.

    Type in the website here:
    http://www.ghdhair.com/beware-imitations/url-verification

and it tells you 'warning, unknown website'

    Don't waste your money!
