Had a few texts from 'R' which upset me. She said a something which she knows is completely untrue.
She has apologised but it's had me thinking all night.
We are meeting early this afternoon - hope it goes well but I don't know. I'm drained, tired, upset, hurt.
Maybe it's time I gave up on everything?
Blinky hun, Stenny's right - you realy need to get some rest. It's often the case that misunderstandings arise from texting, short messages written in haste and then misconstrued... Hopefully you'll have sorted it all out with R this afternoon. Don't rush to any judgements just 2 days before xmas ok hun? Get some rest for a few days, and recover - don't forget you've been unwell too, as has R. So take some time out to recoup and then go forward slowly from there ok? It's still early days, Blinky hun, cut yourself some slack - that's a Sazzy order!:D You take good care now. Much love, Sazxxx4 May 20100 -

Woke up late. Felt stressed by OH and had a row. Feel so behind. Still haven't packed and he is doing my head in. I can't get in the right mood to do it and time is ticking on. I have been pushing myself and been stressed all week when I should have been resting. I feel I am having a mini breakdown and it isn't the right time for it. I am meant to be giving my mum a shopping list but I can't think.
I can't concentrate with him around.
I am going to be packing in the night at this rate and getting no sleep again.
CC hun try to keep calm. Just concentrate on the things you need to do, don't let them pull you down - you've been so amazingly organised till now, keep it going. And make sure you do get some rest. Sxxx4 May 20100 -
Sazbo wrote:Do see if you can encourage him re couple counselling - it's worth a try I think. It may make all the difference to the relationship working out in the long term. But either way Stenny, you deserve better than having to hide in the shadows becasue someone else can't be truthful... Much love Saz xxx
Yeh i know hun,
It's the only option we have now but i just don't think he will.
We are supposed to be going away to Cape town via Eastbourne for a couple of weeks next month, i thought it would be an ideal opportunity to resolve the hidden issues, but now should i just let him go, or me go alone or both go?
He Just Won't Talk!!!
He says he loves me, but does he?
I have to do this on my own but i also have to let it out.
Thanx for your ears everyone. But first, the most asked question:

Well my lovlies, I'm off to catch a bus round to my folks. I'll be on their stone-age dial-up internet for the next few days so bear with me!:D I'll try to pop on briefly later this evening. But for anyone who won't be back till after xmas - may I wish you a wonderful Christmas and New Year - I hope 2007 brings you all the health and happiness you truly deserve. Much love to you all, Sazzy xxx :wave:4 May 20100

rose07 wrote:Stenny, hiya, im afraid I don’t think we have met yet, but a welcome to our family here, when in hospital you realise how important it is to have people around you that understand, the other clients in the hospital were like family to me, they still are. And so it helps to have a close community of people that understand like here we have our own family right here, i am of course the angel :A

I guess everyone's busy with xmas preparations
I hope everyone has a merry chrismas and an even better new year xxxThe reason we fail so often is because we trade what we want in our lives for what we want at that moment0 -
This may be interesting to other readers of this thread. I know it doesn't really help knowing there are thousands of others in the same boat your in but the facts are here.
Depression Remains the Leading Condition Researched Online An analysis of overall traffic to Web sites devoted to prescription medications revealed the conditions with high levels of visitation. Depression was the top-ranked therapeutic area with 2.9 million unique visitors. Bipolar disorder and insomnia ranked second and third with 1.8 million and 1.7 million unique visitors, respectively.
This will remain the situation until we deal with the major insufficiency states which impact on the functioning of the brain. Without correcting vitamin d3 and omega 3 and magnesium insufficiency states any theraputic effect of treatment for depression will be only temporary.
