    Hi

Something I did when I did counselling.

    Good and New

Yes I will vent about the bad but it is good to see the good too, especially at this time of year but can be used anytime.

    Good and new

My MIL has gone home from hospital. She can hold a cup now.
Put my stuff off my HDD onto DVD
    My son is working tomorrow
Hopefully, some sorting will get done by OH today and son do some on Monday and Tuesday.
Watching Delia Smith's Christmas collection on UK Food.
I made my own cake and pudding this year.
Got all the non perishable shopping for Christmas, just need fruit, veg and dairy next week for when we return, shops are shut on Boxing Day evening.
X Factor final on tonight - Leona to win!!

    The usual misery:(

    I didn't sleep till 5am again.

Have you noticed so many men are called Ed or Eddie?:D

If that's the path you want to take hun do it - just because you have bought him gifts, doesn't mean he should get them all - hold some back for his birthday if his behaviour improves.
You show a little sign of optimism there hun with you saying that they're starting to agree little by little.
It's hard to strike a happy balance sometimes angel - if they'd have jumped in, some people might have accused them of interfering. Sometimes you just can't win.:o Hope things are getting better for you, hubby and for m-i-l hun.hug.gif

I was going to start with good evening guys, but I should really start with good morning shouldn't I?
I'm avoiding going to bed even though I really should. The increased dose of AD's is making me very tired, but I'm rather upset today and I know I'm gonna be led in bed thinking things over and feeling more upset, so I'm staying here, distracting myself even though I can barely keep my eyes open.
I'm trying so hard not to think. I know I shouldn't get down and all that, but I do. Pah! :p Its not that bad, its not as dark as it has been, its just a bit grey. Dark grey lol. My mind is a strange place, I need to learn how to shut it up! Why did the bloody floodgates have to open? I dont like having to deal with things, I prefered it when I could pretend that nothing bad ever happened to me :) I'm in a very rambly mood tonight, I should write things down, but hurts a bit much. Its all a bit of a mess. Its always a mess. I mess things up. I cause mess.
I'm the same when the light goes out, no matter how tired I am, the chatter - arggh!

It is difficult facing things you would rather try and bury and it all be OK but it resurfaces. We are here and thinking of you, you are not alone.

It does help to write down your thoughts, no matter how random.

Ethel hun (((big hugs))). It's likely a combination of stress and tiredness. Can you grab a nap at some point while your daughter's quiet? So sorry I don't have time for longer post hun, or to reply to others' posts as I have to go out in a minute. I will try and get back on tonight if I can. Much love to you all. Saz xxx

At least the crying is helping to let some of the pain and feelings out.
