Good evening all how are we? Hope everyone is well, sorry i havent been on here for ages but decided that after a week off work that i had to try and pull myself out of my hole. been to work the last two days, still feel a bit groggy and dizzy but a lot better, also feel happier and stopped crying. Hopefully the drugs are working for me. Sorry for not posting a lot but wanted to try and get away from feeling sad and am trying to get on. thanks for all the help people here gave me. I will try and post a bit still too. Its like I am fixed, roll on tomorrow when i feel like crap again and cant stop crying! Anyway until then, take care all and thanks for you help. Means a lot x

P.S. nothing wrong with being short ;)

Sometimes you need to take a break, i've done it a few times, nothing wrong with it, although we like to hear from everyone :)

Nothing wrong with being short, sometimes I need a stool so I can do my shoelaces up :D

Sorry I haven't been around much over the last few days - it's been hectic. :o:o I have been reading and following what's been said.

I would love to be able to reply to you individually but I don't have the energy, sorry :o:(

    Just some general things:

Depression Alliance and Mind websites may have some links to support groups which may be of use. Hopefully they'll be one to close to you. It does actually help talking to other depressives face to face.

    Remember

    There is hope
    It is worthwhile
Thing will get better but it will take time. There may be setbacks on the way - try not to be disheartened by them.
There is a light at the end of the tunnel, although you might see it at present.
You have a lot to offer the world.

You have been brave coming here and admitting you have a problem. Please take some heart in that.

I am thinking of you all hug2.gifhug2.gifhug4.gifhug4.gifhug4.gifhug7.gif
