Distraction and keeping oneself occupied is very good for depression/anxiety. It takes your mind off it so your brain has time to recover.. Painted my bathroom the other day and felt totally fine whilst doing that! Also medication can help and give you a slight boost, I've been on various ssri's (now on cipramil - which helps a bit). Along with diet/exercise,thinking patterns and CBT, some vitamins, st johns wort etc etc.., I've also got into matched betting on the gamblers loophole forum, there's nothing like making free money to keep you occupied and happy
Give it a whirl helps me forget things!

You could be right but he does things that bring me down too. Nah, never said you did, hence I said you didn't, I just meant i've probably made it sound like she sleeps around, so wanted to clarify it.
Your post was correct though, she's only had sex as a sex thing as opposed to a meaningful intimacy, which is a shame, as i'd show her what she's been missing, well.........maybe, kind of, I would, but I don't want to.......yet, kind of thing, I mean I wouldn't just wham bam thank you mam thingy.
