    :grouphug: Hi Miroslav :hello:

I'm sorry you are having a bad day, I'm not really very good at any of this stuff but I would say hang in there and get to the doctors as quick as possible. He will be able to help you. Just please don't do anything to hurt yourslef.

    D_B

My Doctor is pathetic to be honest. Comments from him such as 'Make sure you go back to work soon, as being off can be counter productive' don't help.

2 more letters in last 2 days about money and nobody ever listens to a word I say :(

Quit my Group Psychotherapy. They asked me to return to work through my notice we ahve to give, but i'm not going too. Last time this happened they pestered me until I said i'd stay. They knew I was thinking of leaving 5 weeks ago.

I'm going to have to get a job. Alot will say 'not until you are ready', but money is needed badly right now :(

Big hug from me, have you tried to confront your mum?

If shes going through something similar working together could be a big help for both of you.

Sory to hear about the fight with your mum. My flatmate often gets depressed, and as she is the only person I really know, when we argue it's very tough.

It is tough when no-one understands. My flatmate doesn't, and she's depressed, my psychotherapy group didn't, and they are all depressed. I do come across as a very angry person though, and people mis-interperet the anger. I'm angry because nobody understands me and nobody makes an effort with me and constantly lets me down, whereas they most likely read my anger as me being rude, because I don't usually strike up conversation, even to say hello, because I am tired of trying!

I have to go for a job, or I lose everything. Can't afford Christmas at this rate, and my flatmate will view that as being let down. My estranged family also expect presents........they think I work full time, when I am signed off with depression!

Another night of little sleep...........I may try again soon, once i've looked around this site for money saving ideas..........Wonder if I can get away with not eating.........I live on Tesco Value already :o

    Thanks

I'm also very backwards about talking about things, which doesn't help in psychotherapy situations, but when I do, I feel like I am moaning, and nobody is interested in my issues within the group anyway.

I just think I need to meet someone who likes me, and cares about me for being me, not in a manufactured situation where most in the group need to have the most attention, and people like me get shoved out.

Hope you and everybody else is well today :) Weekends are a little easier, as after the post on a Saturday, no more bills and lots of sport on TV to take my mind off things! :)

I know exactly how you feel when you say

"I just think I need to meet someone who likes me, and cares about me for being me, not in a manufactured situation where most in the group need to have the most attention, and people like me get shoved out."

Thats how I feel most of the time, like most people though im someone who needs to find someone who will be patient and take the time to get to know me.

Pretty boring day so far, although I have found someone who wants to buy about 40 of my dvd's which will help out a little towards my debt :)

I need patience too. I want them to get to know me and not judge me on first impressions or a couple of hello's. I need it to be something that is going to be stable and not just someone who is going to like me until something better comes along. Also needs to be someone who actually asks me how I am! My flatmate never does unless she wants something, like money or the TV!!!

40 DVDS :o At least you are putting it so something useful :) I'm going Shopping this evening..........more Tesco Value........it's not too bad a stuff most of it, I just feel a peasant when I get to check out.......luckily my flatmate spends her money on brand names, so it doesn't look so bad!

    hi miroslav and slayerx

yeah i understand what you mean

sometimes its nice just for people to understand, some people i know have no idea how to be around me.
and it doesnt help for others to be down around you, not saying that they cant be, just it just a bad atmosphere and that doesnt help depression. makes it worse.

try and keep your heads up.
    and beat it.
