Had ward round today, will be going on overnight leave saturday. Am a voluntary patient so coming and going more or less as I please. Need to be careful I don't descend into depresssion like last time. On even keel at present tho not 100% more like 95. At least I know there is always a light at the end of the tunnel at that is the same for all of you - this too will pass. Best wishes - just hope work leave me in peace unlike last time!! But I believe they have learnt their lesson.Here dead we lie because we did not choose
