I'm sure this will help for the better - it'll certainly lower your stress levels.

    Take care,

What I forgot to mention, was I walked to 'S' house with a letter in reply to her text. It was full of yippee's! and positives :)

    I'm so happy she's staying!

I also chucked a chocolate in her post box :) Cos i'm mad :rotfl: She loves chocolate!

Workers have been gone for 2 hours, no idea if they are coming back today!

Have e-mailed them and said i'd like to know as I can go out if they aren't returning!

Will reply to other posts later :)

Certainly does.. the whole atmosphere in the house feels lighter just knowing he wont be coming in at 5 today :D

    I'm back.
I'm feeling okay, only had the one drink, will try and hold off until tonight now.
Had a nice chat with a friend which cheered me up no end. They are someone who talks a lot of sense, and helps me seeing things clearly. Hopefully this nice feeling will carry over until I can speak to them again.
    I'm getting my thoughts clearer.
I'm going to try and stoptrying to pull myself out of the depression - I'm going to let myself feel this pain, and try to work out why I am feeling it. A long, hard look inside is needed.
Hope you are all ok xx
