    OK, I'm low now.
I want someone to talk to, but the only 2 people I can talk to who could make me feel better are busy.
I wish I knew if I was making the right descision, you know? Things are so hard, I don't knw if I can fight - should i just lie down and take it? Put up with things?
OH is home any minute, and I want to be anywhere but here.
And, I had 4 sips of wine, and the craving is pretty damn bad for more

    Hi Hun,
Did you get my 2nd PM? Sleep is good my angel. You must be exhausted. Tiff will deal with the receptionist - Tiff letter will be posted on board for you hun.
    Your options hun:
    - call out NewDoc or whatever your equivalent of a duty GP is in your area.
    - you can go to A&E and someone will see you there.
    - you can call your counsellor now, tell her what has happened & exactly how ill you are including s-h, how you feel and let her organise help via the Crisis Team.
    - we can reorganise everything for the morning but I think you should do it tonight hun.
I'm going to send you a PM angel Ok?
Take comfort in the fabulous people here who have you in their thoughts!;)
    Much Love,

i dont know what PM i got hun, but thanks
yeah exhausted hun, absolutely, my physical pain is making my emotional pain bit numb, so should be ok, just wanna stop shaking, been doing that for a while now. i feel soo sick, emotionally and physically hun x

ok hun, will try and keep going for tomorrow hun, i just wanna do a tiff and hide under a table. ;)

It hurts soo much right now hun, that i cant do much, even have trouble moving now, bones are getting soo stiff (wont be long before i need a zimmer frame ;) )

its all abit complex hun if i went to A&E my parents would find out, as i cant get down the hill meself, if i called out a doctor they would wanna know whats wrong.

now i might end up calling my councellor hun, if rosie can just get some strength, but you now me tooo scared hun, and i dont wanna disturb her

my fear is people hun, people knowing people thinking, being around people. , people are my hurdle hun. so i dont think its something i can ivercome as people are everywhere, esp here, esp on the island, and everyone likes to know everything about you.

But guess what just went downstairs and seen the baby. :D
she knows somethings up, she kept rolling on her back, and poking me with her nose, she a clever thing.

here she is for anyone that didnt see her last time

Okay, so now i'm totally depressed again

Angry at the workmen, and realising 'S' really doesn't give a hoo-haa about me. I'm wasting my time, i'm not even sure giving her my song for her is worth it now. It's rubbish and she'll laugh at me anyway.

Miro, I'm sorry about S, I wish things could be different for you.

I'm pretty fluent, it's just you have to be very plain and simple about what you mean with her, or she drifts off if she's not understanding.

    Hard work!

It is early days for you both. Time will tell when it is a good time to be reassuring and backing off.

I am sure deep down she really enjoys being cherished by you.

I think she is running. If only I could catch her!

Hi miro!:) glad to see that you have things filling up your life a little bit hun.;) That's deplorable miro - your poor friend!:o You certainly should tell her to make a complaint.
Having broken a couple of counsellors in my time, nerner.gif:D  , I would advise flatmate that she should ask what help is going to be put into place instead. After all, if your surgeon takes ill half way through an operation, you wouldn't expect to be sent home with a pack of velcro would you?! ;) The girl has been in therapy & it's the same principle - she shouldn't be cut off in the middle. Hope this helps hun.
