I'm feeling a lot better now... funny enough my doctor said the same when I saw him on wednesday, lol sort of shook his head sadly n said he had no idea what he'd do if he was in my shoes. Then he said I should write a synopsis and send it to eastenders, then he said.. nah.. its too farfetched for them, lol. You lot don't know the half of it in my life.. most of the time I'm too embarassed to post everything that goes on here :/

Gave up on the essay I've got half finished, it's turning into waffle so I started doing the research for one of the others (I know, shouldn't leave it to last minute!!) Kitten isn't helping cos he insists on lying on either my keyboard or where I'm trying to write, unless of course my hair is down and then he'll snuggle into it on the back of my neck and sort of cling on for dear life, lol

Got a really good feedback on the presentation I did the other week..

ethel spoke with confidence, good speed and clarity, making eye-contact continuously, and used real policy examples (with material distributed around the class) to support her argument, not only during her presentation but also throughout the class discussion.

I'm proper chuffed with that, cos I really hate public speaking n stuff...

Hope everyone's ok.. sorry it's all me me me agian :/

Hi ethel - hoping your still basking in your success hun - you're an inspiration! ;) I agree - if I wrote a script of my life, it would never even get read - just filed somewhere in the 'fantasy/ASBO' section.lol.gif
Being a cat lover you obviously have impeccable taste :D and I was pleased that my fellow feline was such a help to you during your speech rehearsal. I note that you too have found some of the multiple benefits of having a kitty (- shut up miro!tape.gif :rotfl: ). I also noticed that you seem to have a problem though with 'k' (oh no, now we've got an 's', an 'r' and now a 'k'! ) & your keyboard. Obviously, the problem lies in the fact that he's an Oxbridge cat - he just wants to help you out hun! Give him something to read so you can do the typing yourself - that should do it!:rotfl::D :rotfl: Serioouslt, hope all is well hun.

Now where did I put those pills.....

    "You're nuts"

My flatmate was dumped by her counsellour, via card in the post. The woman who referred her went nuts :o

Not sure 100% I will go. If 'S' says she wants to do something, guess what little Miro will be doing.........well not so little :o

Hi miro!:) glad to see that you have things filling up your life a little bit hun.;) That's deplorable miro - your poor friend!:o You certainly should tell her to make a complaint.
Having broken a couple of counsellors in my time, nerner.gif:D  , I would advise flatmate that she should ask what help is going to be put into place instead. After all, if your surgeon takes ill half way through an operation, you wouldn't expect to be sent home with a pack of velcro would you?! ;) The girl has been in therapy & it's the same principle - she shouldn't be cut off in the middle. Hope this helps hun.

    Hi angel!:)
You did the right thing in going home angel. Try & relax angel. I can completely understand why you feel this way hu but it's going to be okay hun. The plan has changed so we'll just adapt with it. Elona bless her, is right. You MUST call your counsellor back angel as soon as possible. Tell her what you were going to tell the psychiatrist. Tell her you can't cope any more sweetheart. If this doesn't work Rosie, call your GP and tell the receptionist exactly the same things you were going to tell psychiatrist tomorrow - she'll get you in touch with a dr immediately. I'm pretty sure you'd be able to get a home visit.
Hun listen, it's not too late - you're not being left alone ok?;) As with any other medical dr, there is always an on call psychiatrist. You CAN see one in an urgent situation. There is one available through every A&E hun. The counsellor can also put you into direct care of the Crisis Team. Please don't s-h - Tiff knows you remember?;) hug.gifHere's a hug to go with a hot drink and ge on the phone now angel - don't waste another minute. PM me if you need help hun - I'll do all I can.
