I think first of all that you were lucky you and your GP recognised and acknowledged your dire straits and has tried to help.
I to fluctuate with my moods even attempted taking my life when I was younger. Have since realised now much older and wiser that life yes, can be !!!! at times but why should we let it get us down? We are all very valuable , prescious people to one and other, YOU INCLUDED KID.
I have got of my fat backside and pushed myself to get out on my bike.Initially this was and at times is very hard but now I can cycle 14 miles in just over an hour then of course after some retail therapy to cycle back home. But when I have done this I feel it's an achievement and I push myself more next time. That could be days later though. I found exercise helps bring up the old mood and gives me strength to go on and to feel worthy.

They aren't my songs The 1st one is the 'The Fratelli's - "Whistle For The Choir", the 2nd one is 'The Feeling' - "I love it when you call" - both current tunes that I find rather apt!

Performance is 7pm, off just after 5pm

Tiff sweetie, its not you - its me being sensitive.
When I do anything wrong, even if its something little and silly, I retreat in to my hole. I like to hide till I've forgotten about it you know?
Anyways, I'm making positive steps, I've filled out my claim forms!

Likely to be too tired tonight, but will try.

Panicking now, as my song is about 'S' and no-one has properly heard it yet, apart from the people helping me put it together, as insisted I did it alone.

I've been trying to do things to take my mind away from 'S', and tonight, my existence in this 'show' is all to do with her

Started looking at myself as ugly and useless again, just because I don't have her by my side.

Relationships more trouble than they are worth?

Amazing how 1 person can affect everything.
