Basically, come monday, I'm going to tell here everything, and tell her that if she doesn't get me help, nah, that sounds like a threat.
Maybe I should let myself cry, then I'd be sobbing and sobbing in there -they might take me seriously.
We try to keep a professional front so we don't look stupid. I tend to give eye contact and firmly say, 'my life is being affected by this, I need help'. whenever, I cry I seem to get people being harsher than ever to me.
Be careful, if you appear to be a harm to yourself or others, you can be committed.
Can you write a diary? Log your thoughts, feelings and life patterns so you have a clear idea of what to say?An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

I can't keep a diary - can't manage to stick to anything really - I've tried, but never even made a note of 2 days in a row hehe

Little steps, keep trying with the doctor and try and work out what will make you happy and go for it.An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

Yes I had a good day but my husband wasn't so close. I really want a relationship where I can relax and not worry about being hurt.
I have become strong through years of counselling, pills and eventually having my physical problems dealt with. It is difficult on the days I feel tired or under the weather, and it shouldn't be like that.
My plan is to sell this house and release the money. Then I shall be in a position to act. Why does the place suddenly seem so nice when I feel this way? Why is a place always nicer when you are wanting to leave? I must not fall into a trap, do nothing, then regret it when the place is horrible again. An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

Miro - Glad you've had some contact with 'S' and it sounds positive. Hope it works out well. :T
As for my evening with 'R'... It went really well, both a bit nervous at first but once we cleared the air we both relaxed and had a really good time. :j
We are out again tomorrow night and I'm meeting at hers on Sunday for a night in with a DVD. Must keep feet on the ground but need to stay positive. Far too early for the 'L' word and we both don't want to rush things...
Very up and down with 'S', emotional rollercoaster
Glad you had a good time with 'R' out today and Sunday too........my word, things are looking good
Send some of 'R's communication skills down to S's way will ya :rotfl:0 -
feelinggood wrote:Don't worry - I'm not going to do anything - that is last resort - not something I'd do spur of the moment.
I just want this pain to go away - I'm fed up of it.
All I get are temporary highs - stupid me for thinking I could be happy.
Stupid me for everything.
Please, some one shoot me!
You're not stupid and the pain will eventually subside. Try not to beat yourself up, I know it's really hard, well it is for me because I'm really good at beating myself up (like going 12 rounds with Mike Tyson).
Try and cling onto the positives - make the most of the temporary highs and try to accept that the highs won't last very long at the moment. Don't get disheartened when the temporary highs go.
Think of you,
