Yes he does.. he wants us to get married and eveything.. I'm more been there, done that sort of attitude, lol

Also he's very insecure.. I'm not sure why.. he seems a lot of times to think that i'm bored with him or that i might be thinking of seeing someoen else etc.. In fact I'm not.. I'm either exhausted.. often spend 12-13 hrs a day out of home.. between uni and looking after my mother or visiting my daughter in the hospital or brainfogged because I'm also trying to find time to study and keep up with uni work, lol

You come across as someone who does more than just get by, you seem to be very organised :o

I know it's very early, i'm just very unsure of myself, as in 15 years, i've only got to know 2 people other than 'S' like i'm getting to know her............flatmate and my ex. I really have no idea if what I am doing is right, if my feelings are normal or not

Is it possible to get CBT and Psycho Dynamic at the same time? I mean a bit of both from the same session?

    Like I said to 'Ethel'

I'll send them when they are complete Any comments, good or bad gratefully received. Sometime tomorrow at the latest, as want to e-mail them off by then, as next 'recording' is a week tomorrow!!

WARNING!!! Very basic, very cheesy, very bad!!!!!

Not sure if you can combine the types of therapy, or if you could whether it would be advisable...

    I like cheesy :D

Hey rose hun. When we feel overwhelmed by things it's natural to see them all as one big imposing thing. But I hope Tiff would agree that the way to deal with the rock is to break it down, little bit by little bit. Y'know? No it won't happen overnight, but one step at a time. We're here for you hun sxx

    thanks hun xx

I manage.. I just don't spend very much time sleeping :D

I think I need to learn to say NO more often.. seems I'm always rushing around doing ppl favours n stuff too, lol

Thanks for being so nice to me everyone.. it's just nice to be able to have somewhere to come and have a moan at times. I do have a counsellor when I can fit her in, but it's not the same somehow :P You all are the best!!!!!!

I know how you feel Rose.. I'm the same sometimes.

I find the best thing is to break things down into baby steps.. one thing at a time, slowly slowly, half hour by half hour. I do have an inkling of some of how you're feeling and you have to do only what you can manage at that time. *huggs* Why not have a soak in a bubbly bath instead of shower.. take a book in with you and even a cuppa if you fancy it.. I do that sometimes and it helps me a lot :)

I'll have a look if I can dig out some relaxation cds for you and upload them somewhere that you can 'try before you buy' too :)
