    Hi everyone

Feel rough. Couldn't sleep till very late. I'm worrying about things.

I am worried the neighbours might attack our property whilst we are away.

I feel we have a 'bully me' aura about us and I hate that, it seems to snowball.

I haven't had a day off from stress in this place for a while and when I do, I feel OK but it doesn't last.

I posted on the property threads and realise it is more common than I thought. I have had 10 years of hell from the properties I have lived in.

    Noises have been

Long term building work by every property
Parties in the week which overspill into the garden - here
    Bad attitudes when I complain
Loud TVs in the bedroom in the flat
Excesive banging doors and windows in the flat
    Screaming children here
Barking dogs here and in the flat, someone left their dog outside to bark at people.
    An average day in my life:hello: :eek::mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T :o :rotfl: :rotfl: :p :eek::mad: :beer:

The nieghbours wouldn't be silly enough to do anything like that - they must be aware that you want to sell, and if you don't get one - they realise that something think that wouldn't help.
Hope you feel better soon, I'll PM you this afternoon

We are not selling yet, not till January. Shall be packing after we get back from being away. They don't know we are selling.

Look forward to talking later. I do have some chores to do tho with going away. Can't wait to get away tbh!

hi, i'm new to this thread too :) i suffered depression for a long while because of my abusive ex husband. took a long time to realise i needed help but when i finally did, i managed to get 6 sessions of CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) through my doctor. my therapist said my depression scores were one of the most severe she had seen and she feared i would harm myself, but after the 6 sessions, i feel so much better, i no longer have depression and i have moved on :) just wanted to share my story as i know people aren't alone in feeling the way they do and hearing other people helps :)
    Welcome

I am sorry you had to suffer an abusive man and glad you are feeling much better now.

    Hi everyone,

Still not had my review, she is going to do it this afternoon now. Have mentioned I am nervous to a couple of my work colleagues, but they said not to worry about it and they think I am doing ok, so fingers crossed. (And Saz, thanks for crossing your webbed toes, I am sure that will make the difference!).
