Yes it went really well. She gave me lots of positives, things that I am doing really well. She said that I seemed to settle into the team well and was working as part of the team. A couple of little points to work on, but nothing major. All in all went really well. Am soooo pleased.

Compared to the reviews at where I used to work, which was basically just a chance for the manager to spend half an hour having a go at you, it was lovely!!

Hi FG,No i am not in any talking therapy.I did ask for some counceling but think the doctor did not realise what i was asking for as the woman i saw had only been on a two week course! i wanted to see someone qualified,psycolagist or psychiatrist not sure which would be more suitable.I do go and ask for anti depressants when the depression gets too bad but they do not solve my problems,just make them easier to live with.

Hi Miro,sorry you are fealing depressed today.I know what its like to really like someone and all you can think of is them.If you have not heard from"S" tomorrow why not phone or text her to ask if she is still going to the bonfire?That won't be pestering her its a reasonable question.

hhhmmm seems i have bad timing no one is around:

i just wanted to pop by and say that im thinking of you all.

Well i wrote this in work, when was feeling absolute carp. in work its very lonely im not really involved as much as i would like, and im bit invisible too and i am down. so wrote this poem.
