  • Thanks Flis x I may take you up on that offer!

    I was prescribed some sleeping tablets, to see if maybe actually getting some sleep will break the cycle....I'm hoping so, but I can't see it being the definitive answer.

    At the moment I seem to not be able to sleep (head hits the pillow and BAM! it's all going round in my head), not eating, crying at the smallest thing - or getting increasingly wound up over other things, restlessness, and a complete lack of interest in pretty much anything.

    I have to say, I've just been having a pants time lately (had emergency surgery beginning Sept for a pionidal sinus, and still getting dressings changed etc, OH dumped my 2 days after discharge because I was upset that he didn't visit me in hospital, work is horrific, and I'm being bullied there, and life's other usual downers). My hat goes off to all you who 'suffer'....well done for keeping going :T (not sure if that's the right thing to say, but I hope you get what I mean xxxxx

    Extreme lows of mood
    Extreme highs (partying all night)
    General Anxiety
    Panic Attacks
    Lack of motivation (can't get out of bed sometimes)
    Comfort Eating
    Lack of concentration

    Mine is reactive.

    When I have to endure noise or if someone I care about upsets me or if I feel bullied by people.

    I am no expert in property but have lived in many types of homes, in many locations and can only talk from experience.
