Have just finished reading Thinking Of You by Cecilia Ahern, which wasn't bad, but a bit predictable. Am now starting 'Cross' by James Patterson, who I love, so I will read that really quickly. The Alex Cross books are brilliant, they get me really hooked! After this I am going to read a new Jodi Piccoult book i got the other day, which looks really good. I swear I spend half my money on books, but have just signed up to this readitswapit.com site, which is fantastic and will save me a lot of money.
- like the good MSE'r that you are:D I must get into James Patterson, think that might appeal to me, even tho' I'm not a big fiction fan normally. Mental note to self: must get brain cell(s) in working order

Quite a few years ago I had Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and in these sessions I had to complete an ABC to help with the problems. Those who have had CBT and have had to fill in an ABC will know what I am talking about.
It was 13 years ago that I did an ABC and remember that it was very helpful in my therapy. For those of you who have done CBT and ABC's, do you remember what the questions where in the ABC's or do you have a copy of the form of the ABC.
I'm going through something at the moment and I feel that an ABC would help me very much. I'm just wondering where I could find one!
Any help would be appreciated.
Sorry if it's so vague, but it was 13 years ago.0 -
Hi glicky. No worries re vagueness but I'm afraid this isn't something I have any knowledge of, as I haven't had CBT. Hopefully some else on this thread can help, otherwise maybe a CBT centre may be able to supply it?4 May 20100

Well, would you believe it? Looks likes my rucksack was handed in. Amazing - I ever have that kind of luck Had a card from Lost Property this morning saying they think they have it. Probably because I only had shopping in it - olive oil, mineral water, etc - and not anything sexy like a laptop, so nobody wanted it!!
Panicking not allowedYou'll be just fine I know you will. You are so clued in to how S is feeling and what she needs, and you have the patience of a saint - many people out there have a good deal less to offer... xx
Blimey, that's a stroke of luck. Nice to see some honesty, even if it's only for Olive Oil!!!!
Panicking may not be allowed, so I won't tell you, I am cacking myself..........oopsShe's a bit unusual, and scars run deep, so will have to fight all the pain this 'relationship' will cause, as I think the rewards are there.

I guess that's good, as I can't make too many excuses, as I don't know how too :rotfl:
My English spelling/reading etc is better than 'S', another reason she may feel odd around me. Flatmate thinks she may feel inferior, when I never even thought of it, let alone believe it.
I'm excited about today, but still have bad memories of last Sunday0 -

Yikes thanks for reminding me, Miro! I'd completely forgotten - only after hearing about the time change yesterday a gazillion times! Gotta change all the flipping clocks now :rolleyes:Ah well, I'll do it after I've finished my cup of tea and almond croissant (special treat). Then I have to pop out and buy some bread flour. At least the sun is shining this morning, don't think I've seen it all week.
Miro - hope your day's going well hun. Good to hear from you Tiff, but sorry about the gremlins! Hope you've sent them all packing
