Morning everyone, how are you today?

I am good, my Mum was really sweet last night. I had to pay her back some money, but we are really skint at the moment. I gave her the money, then she gave me half of it back! I nearly cried, it solved so many of my problems (like we were running out of loo roll!).

Well, off to the gym again today for my second induction session. Scary thought, but I am quite looking forward to it today. I felt really good when I had finished yesterday, a real sense of achievement and I didn't ache last night or this morning.

Got to clean the flat a bit this morning, never have much motivation for that! Will start in the living room, so at least I can have the TV on while I'm doing it.

Well, i'm amending again now, it's too long. I have a habit of going on and on, when I could get to the point easier, it's just with 'S' I need to be more careful, as she is extremely sensitive and needs smaller words she can understand. I'm not a huge long word person myself, but she is less so. Plus my flatmate says I do it because of nerves....

    So here goes............:o

Hope everybody has had a good start to the day, should they be up. Got up at 7am myself, which is early for me, had to walk flatmate to bus stop.......music is on, 2m 7s of Britney already this morning..........wahey!

    Morning Miro,

You sound quite positive this morning, which is really good.

I saw that you had been and had a chat with the samaritans, I never realised you could go into their offices. I have thought about phoning them before, but always worked myself up into a state of anxiety, so never actually did it. It sounds like they helped a lot tho.

Probably a false positive to be honest. I know i'm a bleeding nice bloke, it's just I don't feel it when things are going wrong :(

Our local one you can go from 10am to 8pm I think it was. Talking to someone impartial helped I think.

'S' will very very likely cancel today, will be disappointed as want to see her, but will understand. If she cancels, gonna buy a get well card and hand deliver, although won't want to bump into her :o

I like it when people give me money back...........well that's an issue at the momet, cos I don't like it when someone I like wants to be pay me back for things.

Good luck at the gym today. It is scary at first, but as i've gymed since I was young, it's 2nd nature for me, although I usually do my stuff at home at the moment whilst 'unwell'

Ahhhhhhhh, flat cleaning............I knew I had something to do :p
