    Hope you are well?

I'm not too bad Miro, thanks for asking. Although at the moment I'm trying to build up a reflexology practice - as well as working fulltime  - so sometimes, like tonight, I feel like I've been dashing around like crazy and I need 30 hours in the day! :D So I do get a bit tired and wonder why I ever thought it was a good idea in the first place :D But generally it's good.

Miro, my impression is you've got a good angle on things for tomorrow, and sounds as though you were reassured by your chat with the samaritans, but as usual of course I'll be beaming you lots of positive vibes. Let us know how it goes.

and miroslav, im glad the samaritains helped you, and im glad you realise you need to make yourself the priority do this and you will be stronger which in turn will help you to help s, as you will be stronger and able to deal with things better take care

Families  Been out of that for many years, thankfully!

Work can also be a pain!

When you live at home, you may feel like a kid, but if you didn't, it would be your rules.

Glad you are still here, keep going, it's tough, but you can do it :)

'S' is great, I just want to help her and be her friend. I hope she will let me, it would mean alot to me.

You want 30 hours in a day? Miro the Genie will grant you your wish...........damn........bummer.......oops, lamp is not working :o

Hopefully tomorrow will be okay. She's unlikely to come out, but I understand why, even if will be disappointed at not seeing her. I'm very fond of her.

If she doesn't see me tomorrow, gonna buy her a get well soon card, and stick it under her door, as her main post is outside in a box, so don't want anyone stealing it! I'm going to write my explanation to her and stick it in the card. Flatmate says that is a nice gesture.

The card will be from us both.

Of course, still a 1% chance she may come out.

It is a nice gesture. She'll know she's in your thoughts.
