As a sufferer myself, I have no problem with the thread's existence but it would be more appropriately positioned on some health-related website.

The vast bulk of it relates to mutual consolation and is totally irrelevant to money saving. Yes, we would save money if we didn't have to take our medication - but then that argument would apply to every illness under the sun. It's a 'grasping at straws' defence.

Yes indeed, it is up to Martin. In the meantime we draw genuine support from this thread - it doesn't need me to defend it and my reply to you wasn't intended as such. I was extending you the same courtesy that I do to everyone else who posts on MSE, whatever their motivations for doing so. I wish you well in your journey with depression.

I understand you have your problems and have your ways of dealing with them but I find comments like that to be very insensitive and very unhelpful.

In my experience it has never helped people who are feeling low.

yeah it very hard to talk about, i think i am still trying to face it all.
the logic of it all is very messed up, i didnt want to say anything, it ws only till i told a friend and she couldnt stand by and see nothing done. (but nothing was done they still got away with it), but away with what, if it is my fault then i should be the one to be punished. see i am still blaming myself realli

i used to drink an awful lot. . . when i was at college i was an achoholic, i would bring drink into college, and drink whenever stressed or not ok. i have stopped drinking as much now. like last night i was totally sobre so cn be done. lol

why are people attacking are lovely thread? well done for putting them straight. i can contact a mse god if yas want?

i have wondered that fg, think im moping today too, so we can mope together. lol

i am sooo stressed at the moment, i am not organised for tomorrow at all.
i feel like there are a pile of bricks on me shoulders and soon enough im going to fall over. lol. i am usually very organised, etc... but tday i jst have no motivation, still not eating and sleeping awful. lol.

i cannt do it, i have no energy, i just cant do it anymore.

Well, I've said all I have to say on the subject. As predicted, it has stirred up those who are keen to be stirred.

I think my point was very accurate but, quite frankly, am not bothered too much about matters one way or the other.
