I received our second voucher today in the Mrs name.
I tried to use the voucher and it came back saying it was already used! I have just emailed Virgin so hopefully they will sort it out tomorrow.0 -

I e-mailed CS at Smile last week to enquire when I could expect my voucher. They replied that it should be sent out by the end of the month and - in a 2nd message - that if I didn't get it "please get in touch". I didn't so I have!Expect the worst & hope for the best...0

Had a reply this afternoon saying "I have checked on our system and can not find your wine code. I have sent your E-Mail address through to our Marketing team and you should receive this within the next 2 weeks". So we'll see!Expect the worst & hope for the best...0

i waited some time for my voucher, i phoned up to ask when i would expect to get it and he said i should get it around end of october and they sent it, ive now got the wine and im impressed, for £5 you get 12 bottles of wine, as to how good they are i shall seeNo Links in Signature by site rules - MSE Forum Team 20

I haven't received my voucher - I credited my account on 29th September so I should have qualified.3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

Just called Smile and the said I am eligible but I am not on the correct database so they are manually requesting the voucher for me. It will take a couple of weeks.
Then I can close my account once I get the voucher. I don't need another current account!3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

I emailed Smile yesterday asking when we were getting our codes, they said the usual, within 4 weeks.
They arrived today! One to me and one to the wife. Just bought 2 cases of the Smile mix. I also note that even though Smile say they are £50 vouchers, Virgin said they were £51! That means the postage was only £4.99.
AND I used my new Sony credit card to buy it so I will now have my free Sony MP3 player on its way.
So now time to close down my extra Smile account and when I get my first Sony bill, close the CC.
