You say "Not received the voucher for the Smile account in the Mrs name yet though". I have the opposite - my wife has got hers and I haven't - particularly galling as I pointed out the offer to her and deposited the money before her! I am sure there was no 'one offer per household' restriction and as we each opened an account with the £1500 we should both qualify, but I am getting concerned that I still haven't heard. Anyone else have a similar problem?0

Yes, I'm still waiting. I was told by CS that they are randomly sending 200 out on a daily basis until the end of October.0

I certainly didn't read anything about 1 per household.
We have sent smile a secure message but they haven't responded yet. They seem to take a few days to respond to anything.
I have to say I don't think I would be happy about using them as my main bank as customer service does not appear to be that good.0 -
How can I credit the actual £1,500 into the account without getting charged??? Will be doing it asap.Save saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives
call your credit card company, tell them that you want to leave, 99% of the time theyll lower your APR%
Remember when that Bank Manager or Salesperson smiles at you, all he sees is £ notes. Dont forget the motto, "the wider their grin, the more debt your in"0
