I'm just wondering if we'll get it for my hubby, he's on IB?

IB is not a qualifying benefit. The first post gives detail of qualifying benefits. ;)

That was the £60 bonus. The criteria was different (as far as I can remember!). The criteria for CWP's has not changed.

I think the £60 was a one off last year to be honest, have not heard anything on it this year, and is separate to CWP.........I think.

anyone who was in reciept of higher rate dla got the £60 which was a one off payment not a bonus as such from the gov to help vulnerable people with there fuel bills at that time, im not sure who else was eligable, i rang dla just before xmas to ask if was to be paid this year i quote their words- " the gov has not informed us that they will be paying any further payment this year so far".

It was a top up of the Christmas Bonus of £10 to Pensioners hence my wording of bonus.

Maybe its a different thing we are talking about that happened to both be £60

Both myself and my autistic son each received the £60 bonus thing last year, he is on DLA and I'm his carer.

im not a pensioner, i get dla, i got the £10 bonus followed the £60, when i questioned it i was told it was from the gov to help with fuel bills. it might well be two different things of course thats a valid point.
