I think you're in for a busy day!
It's nice to start the day realising you have more money than you thought.Your DD has too many clothes or not enough rails!!!
True on both counts. She now has a small wardrobe instead, which has to go on the landing as her room is very small, so the landing is cramped but relatively tidy. She sometimes ebays things but it's a slow process.
Your experiences with DIY sound much like ours. DH can't visualise things which makes it very hard for him to see what works. I can visualise but I don't have skills /strength! We have far too many projects on the go too, and not enough time for them.I hope your light gets sorted xx. To be fair it needs good light so it has to be done while DH is at home, but for the last week or so the working space has been full of DD's clothes!
ps- yes I think the overpay was calculated correctly- there's not a lot of wiggle room but i've still had lots of treats- sheets, clothes, shoes and enough pennies for a beauty treatment and a couple of nights out.
A few treats make all the difference.I'm stuck with around 10+ sponge puddings (syrup, toffee, choc). as OH has a sweet tooth. He's eaten all the choc but isn't the biggest fan of toffee or syrup so they're not going anywhere. I'm loath to throw them but maybe I should as we bought them in August £5.97 for 24. Will check with OH when he's home
I have stuff like that - a polenta mix that I bought two of and hated the first one! Now the second one is just cluttering the place up. I think it will have to go. I can't think what to suggest for your OH's toffee and syrup puddings. You can't exactly cover them with chocolate to make them more palatable to him!
Well, I hope you get tons done today. You'll feel very healthy and accomplished afterwards!Miggy

Hey Miggy,
I'm feeling quite purposeful today. Lots to accomplish but also it's very cleansing when you sort things out and there's lots to throw away. I'm halfway through wardrobe/drawers and underbed sort. We have bags of things to throw, mostly boxes for things- I understand why we're keeping the TV one but the rest can go. There are old towels for me to sort through and wash and store or throw.
Then a mammoth hoover once I've gone through the same process under the sofa.
Everything is easier with a nice manicure!!!- DFD 4th July 2015

Whoops I have been very spendy! All dd/so out of my bank and all bills paid, fuel in car etc. I am left with the grand total of £13.27 in my bank account! There are still 18days til payday.
In my purse I have £36.52. I have 2 flebay items to post but think I'll do postage online so this will come out of bank money.
No update to credi1exper1 file for 2 accounts paid off. No sign of qu1dco £80 either.
Need to write letter to cap1 today re falsely recorded default. They've responded and I have sent the wrong letter initially so will get this typed (following Fermi's advice) DONE
Rest of things on the agenda today:
pull out sofa- sort through junk underneath (bin/wash/put away)
deep hoover under sofa
wash and dry sofa throw and cushion covers DONE
man up and throw away past it sofa covers DONE
hoover sofa
plump and rearrange cushions
put on new covers
put on cushions with fresh covers
hang up/put away dry laundry
put away laundry airers
take down rubbish and boxes
make bed
put stuff to post in car ready for tues morning
package flebay sales and do online postage DONE
SO just focusing on my £36.52 in purse (ignore bank money- use for posting flebay sales) and the 18days til payday, I have £2.03 per day. Today will be a NSD from this money.- DFD 4th July 2015

Spends
So I did have £53.26 in my bank. The reasons I only now have £13.27 are:
new sofa throws £28.97
printer cartridges £4.19
lottery £10 (I know, I know)
I think there are thing's I'm forgetting too as these figures don't add up.
I also bout McD brekkie for OH and I when I dropped him at work yesterday and I also bought a 12 new pairs of undies for moi but both of these purchases paid for in cash.
OH did take me out to dinner though and bought us takeaway last night (I only had dim sum) which was very nice of him.
ETA
have checked online banking. Sofa throws payment has come out, cartridges hasn't nor has lotto but the figures still dont add up so there must be something else I've forgotten. Will check it daily but wait til Tues when bank holidays are done to see if everything has settled down.- DFD 4th July 2015

a NSD for me yesterday and set to be another today. Woo hoo!
Should be listing on flebay as free listings for up to 100 items so I need to get photographing and listing as soon as I get my head in gear- didn't sleep too well last night so my head is a little fuzzy and slow (more than normal).
A couple of little chores- rubbish down, flatpack boxes from AF delivery and take down, washing up, 1 load of laundry. Then onto my outstanding chores from last few days- primarily sorting under sofa and hoovering sofa before remaking it then hanging up clean laundry.
OH has come back from work early and is having a nap next to me on the sofa- he didn't sleep well last night and was up every hour or so with acid reflux/indigestion hence why I didn't sleep well. We have fresh ginger in the house so I told him to make an infusion as it's great for digestive complaints- he's not a fan!
Tomo I need to rush to post office- have got 3 packages all paid for/pre-paid to drop in then I will pick up milk from Mr T for £1 and some oil for my car from either Mr T or pound shop type place. Will pay for purchases in cash using my £36.52 purse money.
Won £10 on lott0 so that's winging its' way back to my bank account. Also sold some items on ebay- only £1 each but better than nothing for things I don't want and they are collection only so not cost to me.
Need to print off some flight details, finalise April 25-May 25 budget and sort meal plan for this week.
OH car tax due at end of month for £71.50 for 6 months. He will do this online once he's paid.
1 flebay item to package and post, will do this using online postage and then drop package off tomorrow with my others. Have £2.69 in my paypa1 to cover this so transferring this to bank now.
Things I have found to list today:
a suit
set of personal scales
large fruit bowl
lots of designer bras
box for 1phone4s
jeans
shorts
tops
cardigan
coat
dresses
linen suit jacket
lots in great condition or BNWT
If I list 100 at £1 starting for each with accurate postal , that's £100 to be made!
Will be a mammoth effort so I will get started asap!- DFD 4th July 2015

How's the marathon listing going?! It sounds hard work.
I love how the lottery money paid for itself! Not often that happens but nice when it does.Miggy

Thankfully it did- that was a silly spend! At least I'm not out of pocket for it, especially with my bank balance being so low!
I'm up to 40 items.
