Had a really productive evening yesterday, OH and I sorted out under the bed. To be honest there was not much there. Then we ferried down all the cardboard boxes from AF orders, electronic purchases etc that we had kept. So down the side of the fridge, down the side of the wardrobes and chest of drawers, under chest of drawers and wardrobes, tops of kitchen cupboards etc are now all clear.

All that remains under the bed is the door for the kitchen which OH wants to put back on, as well as 2 ikea bags- one full of old towels, one full of winter boots. Oh, and a Mr T bag full of flour from AF!

I have an ebay pile of things that are listed. Once they've gone (been posted, collected, gone to freecycle or CS), I will have an awful lot of cleared space! :T:T:T

Under sofa has been done completely too. One section (corner sofa) has nothing underneath it. The other has rolls of bubblewrap for ebay sales, 2 small christmas trees and an old guitar. All in their boxes and neatly stashed away.

I only really have the kitchen cupboards to organise. The food ones are fine, just the pots/pans/plates need rejigging around. One of my cupboards it's difficult to reach the back of it- so I need to sort the stuff I never use into that cupboard etc. I also need to do the drawer under the oven.

Once that's done, both the wmachine and oven need pulling out and cleaning behind. The flooring round wmachine needs nailing down to stop it ruckling.

    Hotspots to sort:
    glass bowl on coffee table
    inside coffee table
metal fruit bowl full of paperwork
    small drawers in kitchen
    drawer under oven
all work stuff sorted and taken in to work
    kitchen cupboards

That's such a little list! Once that's all done, the place is literally sorted and I can relax, just a quick onceover daily 10-15mins max.

    Wishlist
    new activity centre for mogs
large mirror for behind activity centre for mogs
    new desk for OH
sort kitchen flooring out- neaten up or replace depending on £££
cheap curtains and rail for lounge- you can see too much through blinds from road

That's it. I don't want to stay here forever and we want to buy so things like decorating etc are counterproductive.

Neighbours once again today have been at each other's throats, screaming, slamming doors, attacking each other, storming out, coming back, swearing, crying. It's disgusting. Every week or so the same thing. Need to activate our savings plans, get us out of here!

    I listed 100 flebay items.

    50 sold, 48 relisted, 2 not relisted.

    Below are some figures:

Paypa1 transfers (should all clear by Wednesday)
    £26.31
    £17.77
    £18.00
    £13.59
    £16.00
    £11.38
    £10.30
    £3.72

    =£117.07

Total for items to be collected

    £2.00 (2 items for £1 each)
    £4.30 DONE
    £4.40
    £1.00
    £4.00 (4 items for £1 each)
    £2.20 DONE

    =£17.90

3 of my collection items paid via paypa1 so the amounts for them are included in the paypa1 transfers

Still awaiting payment for 5 items totalling £5.44 plus p&p of £10.25= £15.69

So looking like I've made £150.66 but need to post items out of this and of course I still have paypa1 fees that will be deducted as the 5 items are paid for.

So I'll get wrapping my items that have been paid for and I'll post them using online postage labels.

I've spent £2.79 and £5.99 of my sales money on new packs of postage printer labels and mailing bags as my stock will be empty once I've done with this lot!

I'm aiming for £100 profit once postage and final paypa1 fees have been paid. Also want to calculate my total p&p costs and see if I charged enough- I don't do this for each individual item, just all of them together.
