ok time for a long overdue update

    £51 in savings
    £35 in bank account
    £3 in purse
£15 due in next quidco payment run which I think is on Thursday

=£104 which has to cover £40 hair appt and £10 petrol then spends for a big social event.

I have £18 plus £39 due for ebay refunds although the earliest this will be processed is next weekend then it'll take a few days to clear back onto my card.

OH is sorted for £££ as he's borrowed some to tide himself over til payday from his family.

I have access to £25 in cash if I need which I can pay back on payday but trying to avoid this if possible.

19 items listed on ebay, 3 selling so far for £3 total. Need to list something every day but make sure I have cash for postage.

Have written letters to companies who placed defaults on my creditfile which I think can be challenged- worth a go. Will post these tomorrow.

Have done food shop. We have pet food and litter sorted. We also have breakfasts sorted- bagels and coffee for OH, weetabix and coffee for me. There's bread and 4 eggs too plus bacon in freezer.

For lunches I'm having salads and OH is having sandwiches and crisps. Have made these up for Mon and Tues. On Tues night I'll make up the next lot. Am using frozen chicken as it works out cheaper than buying ham for OH sandwiches. Am defrosting it, marinating in chilli/cayenne/garlic/paprika/lemon/herbs etc then grilling. These go into rolls for OH and into salads for me.

For snacks I could make scones, we have s0reen too from AF lucky box.

For dinners I have a whole chicken (roast, thai curry and noodles, kung po chicken using kung po rice from AF), plenty of seabass fillets and salmon fillets, beef mince and a portion of bolognese in freezer. Have spare loaf of bread in freezer for beans on toast if needed.

Tomorrow night dinner is sausages just grilled. Will have this with roasted carrots with garlic and thyme, potatoes, leeks and broccoli.

Can't set up payments to my 4 debts this month as my payday is a sunday so setting up for the monday means they wont reach creditors in time. Will have to do these manually on the Saturday. I need to set a reminder in my phone.

Bedroom needs a huge sort out. I have lots than can go on flebay and lots to hang up/organise/throw but I just cant find the energy today! Maybe I need to break it down into chunks- sort 10 items at a time.

Need to be organised and up early each day this week to get us both set up for the day. OH is awful in the mornings and if he runs late or forgets, he will be buying coffee and lunch every day and then wondering where his money goes!

So in 2 weeks, I will have cleared 1 store card and 1 credit card plus 25% of debt to my friend. I have lent OH £200 this month which I'll get back on his payday which will be my fun money for the month. Meaning things won't be tight from clearing these 2 debts.

Off to list 6 more items so I have 25 listed- nice round number- OCD!!

    NSD for me.

Breakfast at home plus reused empty water bottle at work and refilled at water fountain.

Brekkie at home for me although looks like OH forgot. Lunches made at home and done for tomorrow too.

Roasted carrots, sausages, potatoes for dinner, served with leeks.

Have listed 37 items on ebay- not happy as its still an odd number but deliberately staggering things.

Hopeful quidco will payout on Thursday. No sign of ebay refunds but not expecting those til end of week. Got all debt statements in so can work out payments which I need to manually do in 11 days! Now all figures are in, I can start to triple check my overpayments are viable and wont leave me poor. More so than I already am!

you know, quidco is rubbish for me. I'm still waiting for payments from last summer. I have emailed them about it but they just don't seem to care.

    You really have been busy!

Odd numbers are allowed so long as they're prime numbers. ;)

NSD yesterday. Lunches made for today and breakfast too.

Need to post 4 letters so that will be a small spend today but that should be it

Looking forward to getting home from work, kettle on, laundry on, put clean sheets on bed, long hot shower, jammies, and CHILL

Steak out defrosting so steak and chips for dinner plus salad and veg.

Need to make some calls today:

    council- parking permit enquiry
    sky- reduce package
vet- book mogs in from chips, spaying, jabs etc

    Have a great day all:beer:

We gave up Sky a few months ago and haven't really missed it - depends what you watch of course, but it's surprising what turns up on ordinary TV and Freeview. So I'm cheering you on reducing the Sky package!

I'm on a day off today so I need to be inspired by your 'getting home' list and make a good start on the day - maybe leave the getting into jammies bit for later of course!

Hope the vet bill isn't too bad.

    Enjoy your day. :)

Presumably you could do with some backing? I will sit on the doorstep with a placard, a charcoal fire to keep warm and a companionable packet of chocolate digestives. You, hopefully, are lazing on the sofa with a box of chocs and a glass of red, sticking your fingers in your ears and saying 'la la la' loudly whenever OH speaks.

I bet if you did nothing he would eventually realise things don't pick themselves up, but then the disadvantage is that you'd have to put up with it for however long... and then again, what if he didn't?

Best summed up in the immortal phrase, 'not fair' - 'cos it isn't. And I'm sorry work is pants too. Probably nothing I can help with but I'm sorry to hear it's like this. I hope tomorrow's an improvement.
