Weekly Flylady Thread 4th January 2010

  • Re the schools - there is no easy decision either way is there - and what applies to one school doesn't to another even if only a couple of miles away (eg a town school as opposed to a rural school). Location of premises, type of premises, how pupils & staff arrive, if pupils & staff are local or not, if transport available etc - all very variable factors.

All I would say is give feedback to your school both good and bad, what you would have liked to have happened, what worked well etc - because all Anything from communication (be it text, email, website, facebook etc) to what you expected/received. Governors will have to revisit and review their continuity planning. I know that our school revised things after the Dec snow, and will now tweak things again - and we can all be part of that process.

And without wishing to upset anyone at all can schools & snow opening or not mostly stay on this weeks thread? Hopefully many of us will get our students back where they belong at some stage next week and we can get back to our normal flying routine again?

I'm now facing a HHI or two, another wash load, and the need to get sorted for tomorrow morning. See you all on the new thread,

    Moam
Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

Snowball says too far away, working hard to bring it forward.

Yes, of course it does - it's harder work and more effective than mopping. Now, do you want to come and do mine, as I've just been mopping it, and it could really do with a proper wash!

Supper is cooking. Contracts for review are printing out  Just in case there are any more technical issues before my call tomorrow morning!
