Congratulations in bringing stuff back - feels good doesn't it? I am the same, would have stuffed it in wardrobe and forgot about it. Now I shop and unless I have 4 things I can wear it with or its less than £10 (somedays £5) I don't buy it.

Didn't get the job - but one of the members of the panel has asked me to contact them to discuss other options so maybe there is another opportunity coming up!! trying to look on the bright side.
Anyway, I have been good today moneywise but finished work early, so know I have to work late tomorrow and Friday to get everything tidy for Friday when I go on 2 weeks leave!! Finished another 11 hour day today!! Fortunately my boss does know how hard I work - without me telling her every day;)
Will be emailing the panel who interviewed me tomorrow but won't be able to arrange meetings until till i get back!!

I have worked so hard today. I have got as much work as possible up to date and covered myself for the next 2 weeks - although I have to admit I did email my line manager and tell her that I am back from camping next weekend so if there are any problems I can pop in!! (I find it hard to let go!)
I have packed my bag and ensured that the kids have got all their stuff packed, so just dh to go. Just have to get the car loaded in the morning and we are off. Hi,
We're back and had a lovely time, just got hundreds of loads of washing to wade through!!
First thing I did was check my bank account - then wished I hadn't, got to knuckle down now.
Got moms 80th birthday party this week, so looking forward to seeing a lot of the family. Not looking forward to all the tidying up and driving people around though!
