I am truly honoured:beer: especially as if willpower fades then I'm hoping public humiliation will force me to sort out my debts:rotfl:Proud to be dealing with my debts, light bulb moment: 2/1/2010, reviewed 7/1/20120 -
Cheated a bit today and spent money on tickets to the pantomime. However, I asked for help on the codes and discount board and was rewarded when elsien suggested using the scheme 'A Night Less Ordinary', which gives free tickets to young people at theatres around the country. Manged to get tickets for 3 of my dd's and for my niece and nephew for NOTHING :j Paid £48 for me and dh!! so I brought back £40 worth of clothes that I bought in the Next Sale just after Christmas that I wanted but didn't NEED!! I'm also going to take back some bits to M&S, I have never done that before so feeling proud.
I am planning a night out for my birthday (I rarely go out, so twice in a month is amazing!!) so I'm looking at going to one of the comedy club evenings listed in this weeks email, - £2 a ticket and they are available that night - just waiting for friends to confirm so that I can book up:o
Anyway I also managed to list about 12 items on ebay - took forever, but if they sell, it will have been worth it. Also pledged to donate some of profits to Haiti - their trauma puts my debts in perspective!
Feel like day has been quite productive (also had all my ironing done by 10am!!) for a Sunday.
I really hope the motivation doesn't wear off!Proud to be dealing with my debts, light bulb moment: 2/1/2010, reviewed 7/1/20120 -
Well done on the panto tickets and even more of a well done, pat on the back for taking the stuff back to Next. That is really attacking the debts.
I also listed on ebay today - but my energy levels gave out at 6 items so you did really well with 12. Hope they do well for you (and Haiti....I know what you mean about the perspective bit).

Hi Cialilerin
Have missed you for the past couple of days - hope you are ok and keeping your chin up.
I was just wondering if you could let me know how to pronouce Cialilerin? I am not sure if that is a name or a made up word (sorry if it is your name but I have never heard it before). I log and think I will look at (forgive me for phonetic pronounciation now:rotfl: ) See - a - lil - er - in's thread. It would be nice to know if I am 'thinking' your name correctly:rotfl: but somehow I very much doubt I am:oNR [STRIKE]£5542[/STRIKE]£2771 BC [STRIKE]£7987[/STRIKE]£7700 BC [STRIKE]£3000[/STRIKE]£5100 Cat1 Pd Cat2 Pd Ulstr [STRIKE]£3400[/STRIKE]£3070 TSB [STRIKE]£4851[/STRIKE]£4400 MBNA [STRIKE]£7700[/STRIKE]£3887 NWst [STRIKE]£950[/STRIKE] £700 Hfx [STRIKE]£10097[/STRIKE]£10050 Asda [STRIKE]£398[/STRIKE] £315 HFX1 Pd Hfx2 [STRIKE]£3133[/STRIKE] £3000

Hi planning_ahead, Had such a busy week (even more than normal!;)) Still thinking money-saving though, just been working too late to log them, but hopefully will be back to normal as of tonight!
Quick answer - Cialilerin is a made up word, with personal meaning (I'll pm you!) Nothing much I do makes sense to anyone but me:rotfl:
Thanks for keep me motivated!Proud to be dealing with my debts, light bulb moment: 2/1/2010, reviewed 7/1/20120 -
