    noooo dont give up!!! chances are your body may have got used to the new diet and therefore a slight tweak is needed to get the losses going again. how much are you eating? its possible to be eating too little and for your body to go into starvation mode. try eating 5 small meals a day, breakfast, then fruit/seeds/yogurt about 11, lunch about 1 then a cereal bar or fruit/seeds/yogurt about half 3 then a main dinner. means your body will be more willing to digest the food and not store it as fat as it knows there is always more coming. sounds mad in theory but it should work xx

    am I still ok join? i have got the works christmas party in December and want to lose as close to 2 stone as i can, please could you put me on the spreadsheet,

    I will be doing DVD 3 times per week and walking as much as i can, as well as healthy eating,
