Hmm, I'm a bit  tonight.

I've done my usual Sunday eat everything in sight stupidity.

    Why do I do it? I'm guessing bored/lonely :o:(

    Tomorrow is a new day.

  • hi all, I've weighed myself and I've lost1.2lbs :j
although I did say I've been trying to eat healthy, at the same time because my mind thinks diet, my body starts craving in the first week and I gave in several tmes so I'm happy with the weight loss, it will inspire me to continue with the exercise and continue to make adjustments to my food intake.

congrats to all who have lost weight and tomorrow is another day for those who haven't off to update my sig :D
