    Hi all
Wow to BB! Wish I'd been around for that 5 minutes.

A depressing STS for me this week - but better than a gain I know.

I'm rewatching this Channel 4 programme which has some tips about beating food cravings, although I'm not keen on the personal instructor's methods at all . I'm not sure when it was on TV, but its still available online at the moment. Has anyone else watched it? I must say I think the BBC iplayer is better where you can fast forward and rewind and no ads. Where would we be without TV on the internet!

    have a good week all

    Cbm

Edit to add PS Louise I lost 1 lb last week, I'm not sure if you spotted the post?

    Morning everyone

CBM, I shall have to watch that programme over the weekend, I have heard a few people mention it at work and if anything can help me at this moment I will give it a try.

I did spot your 1lb loss, Well done! and have now updated the spreadsheet:)

The scales this morning were grim for both of us

    Me - 1.5lbs on:mad:
    MrJ - 0.5lbs on:mad:

That is with at least 3 really long walks too.

I know my enemy and I am ready to tackle it for sure this time......
    1. Disorganisation
    2. Tiredness when getting home from work
    3. Lack of time
    4. Thoughtless grazing
    5. General cant-be-arsedness
    6. Too much wine
    :o

spud - when I was doing my o levels , my music teacher recorded the piece of classical music that was the set 'text' and then spoke over it with all the key changes/meanings etc and gave a tape to each of us. I played it at night when I went to sleep, 25 years on I still know the piece inside out and it's my favourite piece of classical music. Keep listening, it goes in, honest ;)
