Tomorrow I start the add a meal for 7 days (I go to the 810 plan) and it includes 340ml skimmed milk each day. There's no way I will drink that amount each day (although I might have it just because it's such a 'treat' !) and I rarely drink tea and never drink coffee........but I bought a pint of milk on the way back from taking Charlie in preparation and........I had a cup of tea with a splash of milk in just now!! 12 hours earlier than allowed !!:D
I'm such a rebel.........:rotfl:
I do feel very naughty though
:eek::eek::eek: A Cup..........of TEA!
that will be at least 50 Hail Marjories for you young lady!

I know Lou.....:rotfl: I can have black tea with tablet sweetener in but I don't like black tea and the fruit ones aren't allowed. I probably had about 5 calories in that tiny splash of milk, but boy it was the best cup of tea ever

Another 6 pounds off this week
Very pleased with that....very.
12 pounds on the challenge and 63 in total.....my bmi has now gone down by 10 points which is very important.
Week 12 starts so am doubling up the calories and onto the 810 plan for 7 days. I think my body will grab the extra calories for storage and so I don't expect much of a loss this week, but that's fine as it's important to do this before going back to the soul source plan. I'm not as scared about the food as I thought I would be as I've decided to 'hide' it most days in the soup I have anyway.
Tonight though I'm going to have a quorn 'bolognaise' with quorn mince, mushrooms, herbs, chilli powder and a sachet of the tomato soup as the sauce."Stay Wonky":D

BB you are doing absolutely fantastic, thats 4 and a half stones lost so far :T
I guess it will be quite strange for you to go back to eating food after so many weeks on the plan. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Just 1 lb off for me
. I've been quite good with the exercise; now fitting in a swim of about 45mins (swimming lengths) as well as a session of body balance every week, so it might be time to up that again with an extra session of something. I do notice the difference actually, when I first swam I did a length of my fastest stroke, sidestroke, and found I was wheezy half way down. I gradually increased this and last week when I went I did 2 lengths before wheezing, which has to mean that I'm getting fitter. I do mean to count the lengths but its so boring... I think I'm doing round about 40, I try to do 6 or so breast stroke and then the side stroke as a sort of sprint length/s. I've never wheezed at any thing else in my life and don't have asthma, so having a squeaky breath was a bit scary the first time.
I've bought no chocolate since the beginning of the last challenge, and no longer miss it, but do reach for other nibbly things, maybe I need to have carrot sticks and celery to hand (roll eyes).
Did anyone see this Channel 4 programme on weight loss? The alternative therapy vs the personal trainer? In amongst all the rubbish there were some quite good tips, I thought, about ways to beat the cravings.
Cheers all

there's no 'just' claw back
1 pound every week would be almost 4 stone in a year!!
Cheers for the :T guys. It still feels weird seeing the numbers rack up - as if it's not me it's happening to. I see a difference but not 63 pounds difference - I kind of think - where was I hiding it all?
This week will be interesting. I am really fine about a small or even no loss next Sunday. I thought I'd be scared of eating but I've planned it all and incorporated it into what I'd be eating for 5 of the 7 days (salad on the other 2) so I'm hoping it won't trigger 'eat more' thoughts as it will be part of my normal routine still.
For me, it is about the day in, day out repitition of the new eating plan. I think that's why I've always failed in the past, on SW I could still eat when I wanted - and large amounts - which didn't change my eating habits greatly. Although CD is very regimented I think it's the approach I need to instill new patterns in my brain."Stay Wonky":D
