    cheers beanie, I am proud of getting this far. Another half inch off my waist so 7.5 inches gone from there now :D

    jinky - life is about having fun and how you feel about what you have going on in life generally is just as important as how you feel you look. If you're happy with life at the moment and those around you love you as much then eating a bit extra here and there just isn't important.

    Me too! I have weighed myself every Saturday since Christmas. I will do it next Saturday honest:D
    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
