    780km later and I'm back. Did stop for a cup of tea ( with sweeteners ) seeing as the nice lady had turned out with her van on the A1......did have a KIT Kat! But that was it, honest.

    Must get some scales.......BBs rose-tinted ones that weigh a stone less would be good:D

    I'd like to compare them against the 'proper' ones in Boots.......I think I'd be too scared though in case Boots make me even heavier than the ones I have at home :eek::rotfl: They were a good brand, I had a look online to check them out..the things you do when you're at a loose end waiting ;)......some German make, cost around £50 so I'm hoping they were perhaps better than mine but maybe that's rose tinted thinking......

    For lunch I had a ham salad sandwich, a yogurt and a packet of crisps


    forgot about the diet after that and ate some biccies:rotfl:
